This is why AJ's team didn't try to stop him.

He's built like the incredible Hulk...

You think Garcia was gonna stop him? LOL AJ would b1tch slap him into the front row.

I'm sure many people in there was happy that Usyk was in that ring.

the vibe I got is that this wasn’t the first time his team has seen him flip out and were wary of provoking him further

I agree. The only reason why it didn't escalate further was because Usyk was there.

He's a bully and he was just itching to start a fight with someone on Usyk's team to take out his frustration at losing to someone like Usyk for the second time. As the realization dawned on him that there would be no chance at redemption this time, and that his lies and excuses would no longer hold any weight, the red mist descended and he was looking for any reason to kick off with someone on Usyk's team, preferably someone a lot smaller than him.

By rights, Usyk should've laid AJ out cold with a sucker punch when he walked back over towards him after hurling his belts out of the ring, especially when he then proceeded to shoulder barge Usyk's senior citizen trainer Sergey Lapin. That's what I would've done because that's how we roll down in North London town.

AJ's very lucky Usyk's a righteous god-fearing man and that he took pity on him because trust me underneath that charming playful exterior there's ''road man'' inside of Usyk and the road he comes from is a lot tougher than the not so mean streets of Watford. Belee dat. Real talk. That's what I'm talking about.

There's a funny moment after AJ has tossed the belts and walked past and you can see the look on Usyk's face as he wonders if he's going to have to sort him out or just leave him to it...

    Yeah I clocked that

The rest of Usyk's team looked really pissed at him and rightfully so. I think Alex Krassyuk would've bitten his nose off if he came within biting distance of him

The last 5 seconds of the fight AJ tried to just get any desperate punch in, think he ended up punching Usyk's lower back. Perhaps he should have tried that earlier around round 10.

Sucker punching is weak but so is a 245lb former HW champion who is built like a brick poophouse shoulder barging senior citizens half their size trying to start a fight with them. You get what you deserve

:risas3: You wouldn't last ten seconds in the posh parts round here let alone on the streets of my hood

Literally just started a thread about this event, and opined exaclty the same as you: Usyk shouldve walloped him when the belts when overboard. Or restrained him immediately; applying a rear naked choke hold and throwing him out of the rings where the belts lay.

Joshua was acting like a drunk in a pub at 3am looking for a fight with the weakest bloke available - shoulder charging and just generally stomping around huffing and puffing looking to wail on someone.
