That's why the IBO,WBU,IBA is very important Thompson is a good fighter but lacks big fight experience those titles are important leading up to big fight championship fights. Especiallly when u have a guy with no amateur experience and by know means a olympian type of fighter will always be a great pro by know means. But I would have love to see a Ruiz/Thompson fight for the experience or Rahman, Golota, Gomez, Skelton, McCline. I think the heavyweight division is sad Wladimir Klitschko is considered the best heavyweight I wish the mainly because of his size he will never in my opinion be compared to the likes of lewis,Bowe,Holyfield,Tyson,Holmes and want even say Ali,Frazier, or Foreman he had two guys in front of him that shouldn't even have gone past five rounds in Ibragimov or Thompson. With all his so call ring intelligence and great trainer in Emanual Steward and the great amateur pedigree he still aint getting it I will said again if it wasn't for his injuries Vitali is the better fighter and he gets it and knows how to fight on instinct thank God for Steward.
