did you watch floyd vs shane?

Shane didnt want it and his head was snapping back like nobodys business. if floyd applied more intelligent pressure he would of stopped him.

Mayweather may have accuracy, but Pacquiao is the master of accuracy. So I imagine that it would put Pacquiao in the front line of the power of the fight.
Well, I don't think there is any possibility that Mosley could have knocked Cotto back like he did with Mayweather.

Manny has a very short jab...floyd will be able to come over the top of it..pac's counter punching is effective but not always on point...

I think pac's short jab will be the end of him....floyd knows how to use his height and reach and he actually knows how to fight tall...oscar was hunched over at times and didn't use his height as floyd will be able to....cotto had almost the same reach as manny...floyd's length gives him alot of advantages in this fight..even a pac fan can't deny that it wont

Bro listen. Its not hard to spot your'e an amateur who watches youtube videos of boxing. You been gone for lweeks because you always try to come off like you know what youre talking about then you get owned and so you leave for a week or two then you try another pathetic run of just **** talking. Your argument is childish. You want me to bring up Manny getting KO'ed and outboxed and how JMM made Manny do the irish jig by fellow conventional fighters? You sound stupid. Go try pacland where **** talking is more than welcome.

Huh, pac is more accurate than floyd?:huh

When shane and cotto fought i dont think cotto got hit with a punch like that from shane so its debatable.

what we do know is floyd aintnever been decked in a fight whereas cotto has multiple times.

Cotto was also stunned at 140 by PAULIE MALIGNAGGI. THat didn't even happen to Amir Khan let alone Floyd Mayweather.

Floyd's entire career has been built off of accuracy and walking people into punches.

    Good post.

Floyd's arms are longer than emmanuel's by 3 inches. He can easily come over the southpaw jab with a left hook or safely counter with his perfectly timed right hands.

Oscar doesn't have a good stance. He squares up too much and provides too many openings. It's perfect for an angle master like manny.

Yeah to me, thats the only way Mayweather could win. Mayweather could pull off the UD if he worked on that. Would make the fight suck, but hey, what do they care right? Mayweather could do that, and although he is one of the most intelligent boxers around, I imagine Pacquiao managing to draw him in a bit more. If Pacquiao could cut the range, he would be continuous in his attack and Mayweather would get a big overbeared to go with his usual great counter punching. Mayweather isn't the most offensive fighter (unless its in a video :D), so I'm not sure if he can keep a very offensive fighter like Pacquiao away from him as well as he can with some more relaxed for slower fighters like Mosley and Hatton.

I mean, is everyone in here a Mayweather fan or what? :D

Pacquiao makes his punching power go sooo much higer because of his accuracy. I dont mean punches landed accuracy, I mean where he catches them accuracy. He hits the exact spots to make his punching power weakness dissappear.

In the beggining of Oscar's career up through 2002 I liked Oscars style; he had better reflexes back than though, thus he could get out of the way since he did offer so many opportunities...I think he lost his head movement in the BHOP fight and never really got it back which hurt him alot too...

    Yep.

Me thinks Floyd will fight this fight not in his shoulder roll but somewhat more squared up like he did against Judah. He won't be able to roll away from Manny's southpaw activity. I wonder how Manny will respond to a stance like that.

I am a huge pacquiao fan as most people on this board will attest and even I will disagree with you. Manny is not a concise, accurate puncher for the most part. The way he flurries and moves about on his toes usually keeps him from banging properly into those sweet spots. On the other hand, when Pac sets a fighter up for a counter and bangs, like he did against Cotto and Hatton, he is capable of putting a shot right where it needs to go.

But for the most part he is not an accurate boxer-puncher in the vein of Arguello or Napoles.

this is a damn good post...I see what your saying too....If he is able to "lure" Floyd in he could catch Floyd...good stuff:good

but BY NO MEANS IS MANNY THE "MASTER AT ACCURACY"..FLOYD IS BY FAR MORE EFFECTIVE
