Yes, Maccarinelli got knocked out as many expected, but in the very, very concerning, dangerous and possibly life-threatening way, too brutal for the idiots come out with their childish non-sensitive china-chin jokes. People in this sport hit each other to the head, it's violent, it's brutal, it's bloody, and yes, it's exciting and that's why we watch it, but there's nothing funny about a fighter getting treated by ringside physicans and taken to the hospital to check his brain functions. Think Ricky Hatton and his post-KO effects.

Last April, Al Seeger battered Benjamin Flores for 8 rounds who collapsed in the ring, was taken to hospital and died a few days later. In his next fight, Al Seeger was battered by Victor Fonseca for 9 rounds, and was taken to the hospital with internal brain bleed with a quick life-saving surgery fortunately saving his life and most brain functions. His career is over. This is a photoraph of his head after operation.

I do agree. People trivialise bad chins and laugh at fighters who get stopped. Rather than saying "Khan is gonna get his china chin smashed against Maidana" doesn't he deserve praise for fighting him, after what happened against Presscot? And I truly hope that Enzo is ok and if he is, you can guarantee people will call him a "glass jawed joke".

It's ****ing pathetic. These people ARE putting their lives on the line. We shouldn't trivialise something so serious or mock those fighters who are most probe to brain damage.

You can have fun with glass jaws regarding funny chicken dances etc....

Some people on here though see a man get knocked out cold and take the **** out of him for it. That's not how a normal person behaves really.

They always seem to be American posters too, any excuse to bash another country by trying to ridicule anything assosiated with it. It's called insecurity I think.

glass jaws are not a joke, they are a bonafide, irrefutable aspect of boxing that should be thoroughly examined before assessing the prowess of a boxer :deal

if anything weak chins are a good thing it allows you to be taken out of the loop.
as we all know there are so many things that attributes to a knockout. to the case,al seeger didnt have a weak chin if anything he just had little head movement and low hands.

you sound like you have a duty to do it, like you're showing compassion in a reverse way. similar to a guy who owns a car park who will clamp anyone who is 1 second late because they are breaking the law.
