I don't. PBF is a technician a thinking man's fighter who will have success long after his athletic peak. PBF's greatest asset is his boxing mind which is light years better than Pac's. While PBF doesn't have the lateral movement he did at 130 or 135 he doesn't need it to be at that level to beat Pac. All he needs to do is be the master of judging distance or creating space and that's all he'll need.
Don't hold your breath. Remember this mother****er said Pac would outbxox Pea Whitaker to a win.:rofl
I'm amazed how nobody has mentioned that fact that TONEY (a black man that fights the same style as Floyd) is actually saying that Floyd loses! Is nobody surprised by this absense of racial discrimination?! Seems like 98% of black people whom know what boxing is support Mayweather. A lot of them like Pac too I think.....Except when it comes to fighting Mayweather, or being talked about fighting Mayweather. FFS Mayweather loved Pac himself til Pac went to WW, he became a bigger star than Mayweather (jealous much?), beat the fighters Mayweather wouldn't fight originally (cotto, Margarito, etc), and now Mayweather hates him and has to try to destroy Manny with his mouth because god knows he's afraid to do it in the ring. I wouldn't even go as far as saying I'm sure Pac beats Mayweather, but I'm pretty confident in saying Mayweather won't fight Pac. I got the fight 50/50.
Toney is entitled to his opinion, he also has a tie to Roach. With that said if you polled boxers I can guarantee you that more would favor PBF to beat pac than vice versa.:deal
atsch I remember that. Ain't he the ***** that said he'd counter Sweet Pea every time that he tried to punch
Yeah that's him. One of the most ridiculous statments ever uttered on ESB.:-( He should have been banned for that statement alone before his ignorance infected the whole damn forum.
well the pctard wont do it so i will. when floyd struggled against oscar it was when he was throwing wildly with combos. well manny throws so many combos with great accuracyand speed. his shulder roll could keep him much to defensive so dnt be suprised to see him goin into the high guard early. as u said mannys head movment could be timed but his in an out foot work coul give him a chance to land a powerful right hook. also about floyds right uppercut could leave him open durng exchanges to gt caught with something that he doesnt see coming. if he tries t walk pac dwn he could fall riht into mannys lead lefts tht he throws ala de la hoya. he ha a to box off the back foot an stay away from the ropes or he will ge hurt big time. i think floyd will win btw just tryin to ma ke an argumen for pac that his nut hugers wont

Both are extremelly light on their feet and use the ring area pretty well and inteligently. Pac is letting his hands go and not relying on power punching alone which was the key factor to deal with bigger guys - stay busy, nail them, take em out of their comfort zone and get them pretty gun shy. Floyd on the other hand is the most essentially and fundamentally skilled boxer-strategian out there and he has both a stiff jab and a fast, sharp and cobra-like whipping right hand. Even if Pac sets him up to score here and there and win the stats game, he's gonna take a lot of jabs and counters than ever b4. If it goes the 12 rounds, I can't see how can Floyd dominate consistently but I can c Floyd making Pac fight reckless and lose the fight like Hatton did against Floyd.
I'm going to go with Ringrust and age. Floyd is right there for the picking. another tuneup with spadafora aint gonna change things. He won't even have to train for THAT fight.
Can't wait to bump this thread next year, but by that time these pacfarts would have jumped on donaire dick quick time.
