Chico was 5'10 actually, and he was a natural lightweight... where as PW is 6'1 1/2 and is naturally probably a junior middleweight, he kinda starves himself to get to 147.... PBF has never faced and will never face a physical force like Paul Williams
**** I wasn't able to watch the fight. But reading from your posts its seems PW won. How did he win? Decision or KO?
then PW will pick it up as well...williams didn't fight the best fight either i the first one...I think PW will be the favorite...in vegas anyway..and i think he will win but it will be close, maybe
TKO ref stopped it betwen rds...he dominated the whole fight...arreola had a 3 rd war with walker...got off the floor to ko him...good fight
Than why don't you start a thread after watching the whole fight? But of course your too smart to realize that.
He was taking apart Phillips (even though he had a terrible cut over the right, happened in round 1 from a headbutt ) It was a one sided fight and stopped between rounds by the doctor and ref because phillips was showing signs of being hurt... he couldn't immediately answer the ring doctor TKO victory for Williams , fun fight to watch too
I give all the credit to Williams in that fight, especally for winning the 12th, but I had the feeling that if that would have gone 15 Margo would have beat him. I suppose it all depends if Margo can get to the body sooner.
There's more than one way to look at this fight. On one hand, Williams is getting the job done and dishing out a beating. On the other hand, he's still wide open for counter shots, and gives up his height regularly, pushing his punches. Would still expect Floyd to have a field day with him, but he definitely got the job done tonight.
Naw dude thats bull****. I mean look at the facts. Corrales for his size had the mentality of an inside fighter. Ndou was not a top fighter, very limited. The only guy who comes to mind that was significantly bigger with an outside game was DLH who had a very close fight with Mayweather at his age. I think if Williams sticks the jab, doesn't overly commit and keeps his composure he beats Mayweather. All the defense in the world isn't going to overcome such big physical disadvantages.
WTF does this have to do with anything no im not latino nor a hardcore Margarito fan like i said Im just stating it as it is, Williams looked like the same williams from the 1st quintana fight hes lucky he wasnt fighting someone with alot of movement tonight
