    Has the brit forum turned into the general a little bit??

    sorry to drag this thread up, but the splurge of threads and posts where fighters are being slated with no back up or analysis is quite alarming to be honest.

    khan/froch/mitchell haters just for starters.

    I see no real problem with voicing a dislike for a particular fighter. Everyone has their own views. To say you hate a boxer though, without exceptionally good reason, is going too far.

    It would be nice if all we ever said about fighters was positive but negatives (dislikes) are just as valid and without them I'm sure I wouldn't be quite as interested in reading people's views in forums.

    That said, a large portion of the General forum do seem to be idiots at best. I'm sure there are just as many people who post on there that do it for the sake of winding others up and entertaining themselves rather than holding any meaningful discussion on boxing.

    The only time I ever go in the General is if curiosity gets the better of me and I click a link to a thread from the main page.

    General = waste of time

    Hate versus logical argument why some one is a ****. I would much rather hear an argument than hear some **** in Jersey say he hates so and so.
