This is why the Pacman's greater than Floyd

If Manny was undefeated on 48-0 and won the fight vs Floyd, he'd be on the top 7-10 ATG list, no question about that, because Manny doesn't duck no one and fights an aggressive style that doesn't make you fall asleep like Floyd's style. Even at 56-6 people still consider Manny a great boxer. Floyd has 48-0 and beat Manny, but is nowhere near the top 10 ATG, top 50 at best, because he duck's fighters and fight boxers past their prime and fights in a boring style and runs all day and potshots. :hi:

Yes, this is the argument that Manny is better than Floyd.

It must have some merit, because fighter of the decade.

Excitement is subjective dumbass skills aren't:deal PBF proved that when he faced #48 back in May. #48 wasn't that exciting that night was he?:yep He got caught in the first round and wasn't willing to sell out nor could he make any adjustments. He got schooled by the more skillful and better fighter. More wishful thinking and made up scenarios by Pac****s in order to feel better and sleep at night since your world ended on May 2nd 2015.:rofl You Pac****s have no shame.:-(

if my aunt had nuts she'd be my uncle. Except she doesn't, and pac lost the fight. As well as he did in fights with Marquez, Torrecampo, and Singsurat, where he was KOd

Pacman had the opportunity to take on all those great mexican fighters at the lighter weights. That really helps his overall legacy, moreso than what he's done at the higher weights.

Unfortunately for FLoyd, all of those guys didn't venture north to SFW until about 2 years after Mayweather had already left the division. And it's probably best for them, because I don't see any of those guys having a legitimate chance to beat a 130 lb version of Mayweather. I think he would've wiped the floor with all four of those guys.

He can only fight the guys that are available to him around his weight class, and he's done so with great success. Sure, it would help his overall legacy if he took on all those guys (JMM, MAB, Morales, Pacman,) and beat them, but they were never available for him to fight.

Still, even if he beat all those guys, and lets say he decided to not take those 1-2 year breaks after the Hatton match and he took on and beat Williams, Margarito and Martinez, he still wouldn't be considered a top 10 P4P fighter ever. SO that point is moot.

It'll be hard for any modern day fighter to trump the achievements of guys like Ray Robinson, Sam Langford, Harry Greb and Henry Armstrong. Doesn't matter what they achieve, they'll never be viewed in the same light as those four guys.

And had Mayweather taken on all those guys I mentioned earlier, I doubt anyone would rate him above Ali, Benny Leonard, Roberto Duran or Sugar Ray Leonard.
