why not? he's not got a confirmed opponent for July so if that doesn't come off, no reason why he can't. He'll have to fight a non puncher IMO in July-look at his face after malignaggi-very surprisingly swollen a lot. And if the argument is that he gonna be fasting-he's already fought 3 times before in sep I believe. Once was against breidis though, that didn't go so well

 

Apparently he goes through some sort of religious pilgrimage in that month or something. So he can fight a bum in July and another bum at the end of the year.
