It's rare to see a young and viable crossover from kickboxing to MMA. He wasn't elite in kickboxing but his style might actually crossover better than a lot of other guys who compete in Glory.

Glory needs Rico.... Don't want him to crossover. That would be the nail in the coffin for the HW division and a huge blow to kickboxing period.
