This McGuigan- Kinehan thing

10 years Operation Shovel lasted. 10 years. Cost millions. Crawled and trawled through every penny DK has earned and spent since his communion money. And what did it achieve? Big fat zero. And it wasn't like they didn't try. There was no shortage of motivation to take DK down let's face it. So, yeah, there IS a lack of evidence. Big time.

I only know of the Kinahans from what I have read. But one thing I know to be the case in the U.K is once a gangster reaches a certain size they either retire from that life or become a grass. The reason, is their every move and phone call is monitored. I would be surprised if it is not the case in Ireland. If so and taking into account the way the Irish authorities and press have the knife out for Kinahans suggest their certainly not grassing. So is it possible for them to be active international gangsters. I think its unlikely as regardless of being in Dubai I am sure the Irish authorities are monitoring their every move.
