    dudes got serious gynecomastia.....

    those of you who know what it is....

    definitely will see it as clearly as me....

    those of you who know nothing about steroids/ bodybuilding google search it....

    very few people have this without a history of using steroids, h/e it doesn't mean he's still using but it strongly suggests he's used....

    what happens is.... when you cycle off steroids, your body rebounds producing higher levels of estrogen resulting in extra tissue in the nipple area....

    That isnt gynocomastia. Gynocomastia is actually breasts growing on a man. Not a little tissue under the arreola. :nono

    Spence is skinny and tall, and the small tissue under his arreolas is not evidence of ped use.
    If he gets backne, his head grows, or he suddenly puts on 15lbs of muscle when he's 38, yeah, you can assume he's hooked up with Heredia or D Hale.:deal:deal:deal

    Gynecomastia? Of just the nipples? Your dumb man. It wouldn't effect just his nipples bro. Spence is a beast. Has barely begun n your already tryin to tear him down. Damn, my man hasn't even had time to give u a reason to hate him!!

    It is definitely gyno, however, gyno is really common and a lot of people have it from their teenagers years. I have gyno in my right nip that has never gone away so it isn't a definite result from PED use or proof that he has used.

    but what's your bodyfat %... sometimes people think they have gyno but they're at 15-20% bf and they just hold weight around their chest, at lower bf that will go away

    spence is at 8% bf.... his is 100% gyno
