I'm around 9-10% bodyfat and my nipples are the same

 

BF% is definitely not below 10 atm but I'm not sure exactly what it is. I know mine is gyno, I went to the doctors to get it checked out, he confirmed what it was and I had to get some blood tests to make sure my pituitary gland was fine any my hormone levels were what they should be. It all came back okay but if I want to get rid of the lump I'll need surgery but I'm not really that bothered about it.

Of course he is on PED's. The guy is associated with Mayweather, right? All those TMT fighters are big time users. Perhaps they should have told Erroll about on cycle aromatase inhibitors(AI's), along with selective estrogenic reuptake modulators(SERM's) and a proper post cycle therapy(PCT). That would greatly decrease any gyno that might occur. At Erroll's current stage, surgery is the only was to eliminate it. Mayweather is wealthy, he should pop for the cosmetic surgery.
