Well it could be from his teenage years as some get it then so if someone has a pic of him from few years ago without it compared to now then its suspicious.

From what I've read its possible to get it from medicines, but its rare. Most get it from using steroids. And even if he got it young, it doesn't preclude steroid use because unfortunately the roid culture starts young. What's weird though is it's not treated or doesn't seem to be. This could mean that whatever is causing it has not gone away.

Gyno causes a lot of psycho social problems. Stuff you have to see a shrink for type, so most men that have it get it treated. For his to not be treated (easy as getting the right meds, surgery, or herbals), he either is ok with it which is frankly unusual or whatever is causing it is still there.
