As a fan of Joshua, I think he needs to make and example to the rest of the prospects and step up in class.

If he's gonna fight journeymen and novices, they should be higher quality.

Not saying him and Brazeale need to go right at it, but Im sure Joshua's team can get him something a little better than a than a guy who's been KOd by a 6-28 fighter.

Brazeale just stepped up big agaisnt Aguilera. Maybe Joshua can do similar this summer against the likes of McNugget.:think

He won't step up till 2015. His first step up might be Jason Gavern. And I think Gavern could even win ..

Stamina and ability to go 12 rounds is all that matters for Joshua aside building and perfecting his skills over the next few years.

Instead of thinking about fighting Vitali or Wlad in the far future Joshua should just have a sitdown with them and discuss how he can progress in his career. They have alot of knowledge they can impart onto the big Joshua.

I've seen a few of his fights and it is very early but he looks like a beast in the ring. Future champion I think. Wlad will be in his rocking chair before Joshua is a legitimate threat but I think the kid takes over the division unless his chin is glass.

I agree that at this stage he's looking legit.

But I don't want him to follow in Wilders footsteps and be fighting the Becks and Firthas in his 30th fight.

It's one thing to take those kindof fights when your'e 14-0 or 18-1 or even 30-1, coming off a loss......he can push the envelope a little make a run at the European titles by his 15th fight.

I think he should look at Lewis career for a gauge rather than the Klitschkos. Lennox won the European title in his 13th fight. Granted the LOC in Europe was much lower then, but Lennox would take out Dimitrenko in his 13th fight just the same as Joshua would.:think

It WILL be a GREAT fight with HUGE$$$$$$$ down the road, prviding they both maintain their relevance until such a time as making this a Main Event like Fury vs Price woulda been, and still may become.:think

He's had only 5 fights and has been struggling with an injury which has basically prevented him from doing any sparring for this fight, that's why the level of opposition is poor, Eddie wanted Sprott for this fight but he's fighting in New Zealand so Joshua was going to fight Skelton but they wanted him to be prepared before stepping up.

Yeah that's a pretty **** opponent even for the stage he's at... Legg clearly is only a part time fighter, probably only fights because he likes it.... Joshua should be fighting journeymen who fight for a living, or decent domestic level heavies.
