This apparently one of the most productive years in boxing to come in a long-time(if only those damn heavyweights could step up). We've had creat cinema, publicity, retirements, and new stars arrive. Here is my pound for pound list: agree, disagree, comment as well. 1) Floyd Mayweather 2) Manny Pacquiao 3)Bernard Hopkins 4)Juan Manuel Marquez 5)Joe Calzaghe 6)Marco Antonio Barrera(yes he lost his last fight but hadnt lost since facing arguably the best fighter in the world # 2 on my list, and is an ATG) 7)Winky Wright(Diddo just lost to an ATG in close tug and is an accomplished possible HOFer in his own right) 8)Israel Vazquez 9)Rafael Marquez(dominant bantamweight champ, lost in FOTY to fighter he beat) 10)Ricky Hatton Picks for up coming fights..... Mosley-Cotto....I have to go with Mosley. This is the most winnable(stylewise+size) fight for him he has had in a long time. He will be the taller man, the better boxer, the faster guy, and possibly the stonger. Cotto seems to hit with more authority than Mosley does at 147, he is 35 but his combination punching has gotten better in each passing fight. The X-factor is age. If he can pull one great fight out of him or even a very good one he should win Mayweather-Hatton....Mayweather wins a tougher than expected descision. Rough-housing and fouls will cost Hatton in this fight and mark my words he will regret it. Welcome to America young chap. Pac-Man-Barrera......Pac-Man gobbles him up faster and earlier. Barrera cant take it like he used to. He is 4 years older and Pac-Man is 4 years better.
