Are you updating your username to Price is on his back after the 31st? Or will it be Price is back in the Cardiff ER?

 

I hope David has a better game-plan for his next fight than he has had in the past. He can't afford to waste energy early and then gas out mid-fight as always seems to happen.

Perhaps you should be worrying about that instead of AJ.

 

lol a Price fan calling Joshua a hype job is priceless (pun intended). Tiny head was completely hyped (he was going to challenge the Klitchkos) until he he was ktfo by the legend that is Tony Thompson. Joshua has proven himself at world level, Price hasn't , not even close.

If Povetkin is on form next weekend I'm genuinely worried for Price.

 

Mihai Nistor is a good fighter. He fought all of those big names as an amateur like AJ, Hrgovic, Usyk, Omarov, Zhilei Zhang, Yoka ......no shame

 

Really hoping Pricey does well in this one. Even if he loses a 12rd decision, it will be a great personal victory for him in my eyes.

 

That's impossible. Price may ... and I say MAY, a very slim may ... land something big in the first three rounds and stop Povetkin. Other than that there's no way it goes 12.

 

That's pretty much his only hope.

 

Hence going a losing 12 rounds, being a great personal victory

 

If Price has a 12 round war with Povetkin three things will happen:

1) Price will need a tennis racket to bat away all the nuthuggers
2) Everybody will say he's juicing
3) Everybody will say Povetkin is shot.

Well, Povetkin is clearly on the slide but imho he's got more than enough in the tank to take care of Price. I feel a little sorry for the big plumber to be honest.

 

It’s the amateurs but AJ didn’t fight Ortiz and Bowe didn’t fight Lewis so go figure.
