Really is that so? How many times has Wilder filled 20k venues? How many PPV fight cards did he headline?
Not one post which disagrees with my point has even attempted to form some kind of argument to disprove me...... Instead, childish like remarks have been preferred by @MVC! @CST80 The only fighters earning big bucks are doing so from either Europe or Mexico...... The US heavyweight champion of the world is generating as much in the US as Joseph Parker has been in New Zealand.
We already explained it to you, you're being thoroughly and purposely obtuse. We can't help you because of your inability to read properly or just pure trolling.
@MVC! How? The only explanation you offered is this.... "No kidding, boxing is a niche sport in the States, unlike the UK." And that is another factually incorrect post.
Sadly in order for American tv to bulk up purses ppv is a necessity. Though... better for us not watching Champions having to carry thier opponents Rd after Rd to bolster advertising revenue
I think with your lack of knowledge on good business models, you won't understand even if I explain it to you. Like I said, it's good to take up some business courses.
The irony with your post? Financially..... Uk fighters > US fighters Joshua > Wilder Brook > Spence/Thurman/Crawford/Garcia etc Haye/Bellew > Any US fighter Earning less money than your rivals is not a good business model...... Hence US boxing is in decline.
There's absolutely no irony at all, we explained why Wilder is making less. It's the nature of US boxing atm, it's just become a niche sport, it's not popular. It's very popular in the UK. If Wilder fought out of the UK, he'd be making near the same ballpark as Joshua, most top fighters in the UK have that luxury of making bundles of money.
if this fight goes out 10.30 uk time 5.30 east coast 2.30 west coast ? does the daytime start allow for usa PPV as an option ? have there been klitchko fights PPV from germany at daytime start times ? or is there precent from other fights for this start time
And if the fight starts 22:30 East/West coast time you have the same problem with UK PPV..... The buys will reduce massively. The fight only happens in the US if some rich guy offers a lot of $$$ to host it in a casino or something.
When they are watching a 'mega fight' or supporting the B side..... This is neither. Wilder will travel to Joshua like Lewis had to travel to Holyfield.
