    I don't know really.
One of the reasons Mike tyson was so effective was that he won fight before the fights where fought out in the ring due to his mythical aura.

Lennox was really good. Had a effective style, punched hard and quite a broad arsenal.
However when Lennox fought tyson most of hes footwork where gone, the slipping of pucnhes where gone and so on.

In my opinion I think it would have been quite a competetive fight until the 4th-5th round then Tyson with hes preasure and bodyshots would have got to him.

Tyson a little to quick but I'm by no means certain. And it would be epic.
Tyson does enough damage early on and hangs on for a close ud.

If Lennox Lewis was an over-the-hill LHW with gammy knees then I would say Tyson. But since Lennox Lewis is actually Lennox Lewis, I'll choose Lennox Lewis.

Tyson's style doesn't mesh well with Lewis' at all. Lennox would be able to utilise that long jab and his straight right all night long when Tyson was coming in then lean and smother him on the inside when he was in Tyson's range.

Lennox wins this one 8 or 9 times out of 10. The 1 or 2 times out of 10 are legislating for the fact that Tyson does have the power to KO Lewis although he'll struggle to deliver it often enough most of the time.

well at least you were kind enough to leave a detailed explanation why as opposed to the other delusional Tyson fans that just clicked 'tyson' the moment his name poped up

I don't really like klithscko fans, but I have to admit they are right in saying haters sometimes cloud judgement. if it was a 'kbro 'instead of the legendary Iron mike, 'lewis wins every time' now right....

I think we are deluding ourselves with the myth of Tyson. The version of Lewis that fought GOlota make ANY version of Tyson quit like a baby gazelle.

In fact I think even the version of Lewis that fought Vitali will make 1991 Tyson quit.

And the Lewis that fought Vitali was much more shot then the Tyson that fought Ruddock

I'll take Lewis however its pretty much a 50-50 fight. The reason I'd take lennox is the fact he turned up against his best opponents, Tyson did not
