On occasion I am a betting man. Having seen all these vids and watched the fight a few times I would have good money on "something" being up with those gloves. Where are the gloves? Hidden in a safe along with the B sample?

 

He is the master of deflection. He knows more than he lets on about all this. Just trying to distance himself from all involved, in case the **** really hits the fan.

Tampered gloves is the tip of the iceberg for me as there's no question that it's an advantage and a danger. We can never be certain if the PEDS are having a positive effect but we know and have seen what tampered gloves can do. F**k man, the more I think about it the more I think and worry about what has gone on in hundreds, thousands, millions of fights over the years, then I think of the injuries, the lifestyle changing conditions, the families and friends affected, the deaths............no, just no, things have to get tighter. I love this sport, it's given me a welcome distraction from some of the s**t that life throws at you, it has taught me things I'd otherwise never have learned, I just get seriously disillusioned at times with all the cheating.

 

Just watched it. Absolutely amazing that so many things can go wrong in a single fight, especially the size of the fight it was. All of it absolutely stinks, from top to bottom. It actually wouldn’t surprise me if Loma pulled out of his fight in 4 weeks time because if it. It’s an absolute disgrace!! Imagine what Dillian Whytes team would be doing if the shoe was on the other foot (or the glove was on the other hand).

Honestly I’m angry just thinking about it all. It puts British boxing at its lowest point that I can remember.

 

Could you imagine the reaction from Hearn if Ruiz had failed, then " cleared to fight" and no one informed them. And then you have glovegate.. What a crock of **** this is.

 

Yeah that sounded well sketchy. The words "padding" "gloves" and "removed" should be something of a code red.

 

You’re losing track that Hearn is a promoter. All promoters would be doing the same in Hearn’s position and you’re lying if you think otherwise. Is it morally right? Of course not. But they’re all at it, that’s the thing.

And despite all this Whyte still got decked once and needed his Scottish bodyguard aka the ref to keep Rivas from stopping him in the 12th. Bwhahah
