He had Ward winning two, maybe 3 rounds.

His commentary was spot on, there was no pro-Brit bias - he just called it as he saw it. Even from his preview before the fight you can tell Jim admires Ward a lot.

In the first 4 rounds Jim was wanking himself to death looking at Ward. His voice was at fever pitch and some of it Was so high only dogs could hear it. He never gave Froch any credit when he landed. Jim must have said "look at Wards left hook" about 400 times in the first 12 minutes.

It wasn't so much Jim was wrong it was more he was hard to listen to at 3 o'clock in the morning.

Generally Jim doesn't bother me and I don't moan about him but he wrecked my head in the first 4 rounds last night.

Id be more happy if Jim just said arum punches for the whole of the round.

My favourite bit was around rd 7 or 8 when Watt says something like, "I promised myself I would not have a go about Froch carrying his left hand low, but I am going to have to say something now", and then ripped Frochs stance apart.

Both myself and Watt knew Ward was P4P number one going into this fight, fair play to him.

Watt & Darke's commentary is far superior than any other UK broadcaster. Although his constant bumming of Ward's win over Kessler pissed me off though.

He was clearly siding with Ward after about a minute, which was an even minute! The thing that bugs me is when he starts calling the punches for Ward/american fighter and ignores the work done by Froch/british fighter.

He's always gone against the British fighter in fights, his anti Hatton commentary was the worst.
