Dlh not on PAc's level?? You must be out of your goddamn mind lol.... Dlh has fought 3 times the prime comp PAc has. Dlh took on real challenges against fighters IN THEIR PRIME or at their best win or lose.

Both sides of catchweight debate has a point. But the whole gamut of issues are irrelevant because "catch fights" (Pacman-DLH, JMM-PBF and maybe Pacquiao-Cotto) are NON-TITLE NON-CHAMPIONSHIP fights. There's no sanctioning body to bother.

Catchweight cannot go for a specific weight title because it's between 2 weights. When they agree on a catchweight, both great fighters agree PERSONALLY on a level playing field to settle the question of who is better!

Without handicapping, the fight won't happen.

During weigh-in, Pac was 142-lb and DLH was 145-lb. During fight time, surprisingly DLH was 147.5 (unconfirmed but I think just abt the weight of Pacquiao). Nobody prevented DLH to chalk-up weight, but WHY ?? or WHY NOT level with Pacquiao's weight??

My thought is that DLH plan to fight fairly pound-4-pound with Pacquiao, thinking that he'd win and then declare he beat the #1 P4P by a P4P level fight! ur thoughts . . . . .

I have no clue what DLH was thinking or doing.

Whatever it was it was stupid.

DLH was a walking corpse. If you would of told me DLH would weigh less than Pacquaio come fight time I would of said Pac by KO.

So you telling me DLH beats Pacquiao if its at 154?? really? Look DLH is garbage and thats what it is. Once I heard about this fight it was an easy pick, DLH at that time didnt beat anybody good since like 01, how the hell was he gonna beat Pacquiao? PPL can say he was drained but all BS aside, DLH was and never will be on Pacquiaos level.

Pac - Cotto, your a great fighter, i would like to fight you.
Cotto - Sure, i think we can make a deal
Pac - The only problem is, i think your TOO GOOD for me
Cotto - Is that really how you feel? You are the number 1 p4p champ
Pac - I kno, I kno, But lets make it a more even fight, instead of fighting you at your best weight, hope about I make u dehydrate a bit
Cotto- Well i dont kno, dont you want the fight to be for the welterweight championship?
Pac - Oh dont worry about that, the way my promoter spits **** and the way my fans are, it can still be for the welterweight championship
Cotto- but how, we arent fighting at welterweight which is my best weight
Pac - Exactly, its your best weight, thats why we cant fight at it
Cotto - But you have the advantage in speed and possibly power. My main advantage is due to my size, why do u want to take that away from me?
Pac - Because im scared that...... uh nevermind, you want to fight me?? make big ppv??? you gotta play my way!!!

DLH was only like 152 fight night. He was completely drained and couldn't even throw a punch. It's not an excuse, it's the truth.

Of course, the size advantage part is why we have weight classes. Of all the advantages a fighter can have over another, a size advantage is probably viewed as the most unfair advantage one can get.

Even if they fight at the catch weight, the size advantage will still be there. He'll probably still rehydrate up to 158-160. (Unless he does the stupid thing like DLH did and weigh 148 on fight night).

pac is half an inch shorter then cotto. Its not like hes THAT much smaller. you guys are acting like 10 -12 pounds is some kind of ungodly advantage. Look at the heavyweights. they are outwieghted by that much all the time. you see them complaining?
