This Wladamir vs Lennox **** needs to Stop!!!

    Talk about their talent, Talk about a mythical H2H matchup if you want. But Stop ****ing comparing them in terms of their All-time ranking! Wlad is no where near finished with his career and still improving with every fight. Yes he is dominating this division, but the division is some what weak in comparison to others. Lennox Lewis is a top 10 All-time Heavyweight NO DOUBT, and arguably (by me) a top 5, top 3 maybe even. This is all ****ing stupid. Obviously Lennox has accomplished more than Wlad, he's like 10 years older :deal

    I believe Wlad has all the physical attributes and capabilities as Lennox did, I think he might even be better offensively. But Wlad's mental attributes have yet to be proven, I still feel he can be shaken, and needs to improve his defense tremendously.

    One more point I would like to make, neither of their chins are as bad as their haterz claim, but Lennox has the better chin IMHO. You don't face the fighters Lennox has, and beat those fighters if you have a bad chin.

    Also, Wlad has squashed and put to rest any questions or critiques about his lack of heart. That guy has a ton of courage and heart :deal :deal :deal

    Yeah it is pretty silly to compare Wlad currently to a completed legacy.

    I agree with everything in this post...but that head to head prime matchup is still very intriguing. I'd give it to Lennox 7 out of 10.

    Other than the highlighted points, I agree with what you have said. Personally, I don't see Wlad carrying on too long although I may be wrong. Also I think Lewis was a league above Wlad in terms of his capabilities.

    It depends on your criteria as to the validity of this list. Certainly on a h2h basis Lewis would beat Jack Johnson, and probably Dempsey, and Marciano. Less certain would be the outcome between him and Liston, Louis and Ali. Careerwise, Lewis had a better career in terms of title defenses than Marciano, Dempsey and Liston. Legacywise, Marciano, (never been defeated), Ali, Johnson, and Louis, and Dempsey all had a bigger impact on the sport itself.

    Can't stop the talk...this is a discussion board after all!

    But yeah, I've gotten kinda bored repeating myself in them so it makes me not want to contribute.

    Lewis is an ATG, Wladimir is still aiming to be one, so let's just let the guy get on and see how he goes. The next 2-3 years are make or break time for him.

    wlad is too smart to fight on for more than 2 years, once vitali beats maskaev [after maskaev beats peter] their double dream will be fullfilled and they can go and pose naked together again but this time holding each others title belts.

    Something similar to this not necessarily in that order. I would also rank Holmes, Tyson, Holyfield and Foreman above Lewis as well. I always felt Lewis belonged somewhere around 11 or 12 :good

    Lewis is arguably top 5. Wladimir really isn't anywhere near that class. I don't have him in my 15 currently. It is a silly comparison in my view, though I agree that it can be fun to H2H them.
