    Hearns would be winning on points right up until Saad's right finds home. Mid rounds maybe.

    Fighters with the chin to survive Hearns early, coupled with strength and power are a real problem for Hearns. Leonard eventually broke him down. Hagler and Barkley destroyed him early in brutal fashion. Will Saad take punishment early - sure. But he's bigger and stronger than all three of those guys that kod Hearns. If Hearns wars with Saad, he gets stopped in the early to mid rounds. If he boxes like he did against Hilll, he lasts longer. But unlike Hill, Saad would fight with a sense of urgency to catch up with Hearns late.

    Great fight, but Saad was a dyed-in-the-wool light heavyweight with a lot of heart. Hearns looks like superman early, succumbs to Saad's Mt. Everest-sized heart, floored and stopped in 12.

    Just because Tommy outboxed overrated Hill at 175 doesn't mean Tommy is a great 175 pounder. No version of Tommy stands à chance against prime Matt. Guaranteed Matt stops Tommy.
