The Hit man and Duran two of my favorite fighters of all time hated when they fought, but that is what would happen to Money just later in the fight.Just where do folks rate Hit man all time.

I shall defintely watch a few, I like to watch fights against lesser known opposition as well. I think it gives a better perspective on what a fighter was actually like.

That fight isn't considered Ray's greatest triumph because he danced rings around Tommy all night Matty.
It's because Ray was getting thoroughly outclasses,in a way he'd never been in his prime, even against Cholo in Montreal.
It's because of the doing he was taking that makes it such a remarkable win.
Tommy gave him a boxing lesson at times.Giving SRL a boxing lesson in 81?
That just shows what a magnificent fighter Tommy was,and along with Arguello and Lopez,my favourite exponent of pure orthodox fighting.

I got it years ago off a boxing videos site on the net. Don't think it's in business anymore.

Usually anywhere in the top 35-50 which IMO is too low. Ring Magazine had him ranked 68th which was ridiculous. I would rank him in the top 25 easily.

I saw an interview a while ago with SRL, he said the three hardest things about fighting Hearns was his reach, his hand speed and that he would go kamikaze whenever he saw an opening. When Hearns would go after the opening he would leave himself open, and Mayweather would be able to counter, but this would be rare and Mayweather doesn't have the power to hurt Hearns (Whose chin wasn't bad at 147-154).

A guns a blazin' Mayweather  I'd love to see that, especially against a dangerous punchers like Hearns

Even though it would be terribly boring, I'd be curious to see Mayweather v prime Wilfred Benitez, that would be a real chess match

Floyd does have a great chin. But Hearns had murderous power, that carried above 147. He was a long rangy fighter, that could also box very well, naturally he is quite a bit larger than Mayweather..

If Mosley could make Floyd's legs buckle with a right hand, Hearns could drop him.
