If Fury comes back and fights AJ. Will boxings badboy Tyson Fury get the cards if he beats the squeeky clean Anthony Joshua? I have my doubts.

The AJ Wlad fight was a very easy one to score. Wlad was at least two, probably three points up going into the last round. Yet two donkeys judging the fight had AJ up.

There was zero case for AJ to have been up on the cards, absolutely zero. This worries me moving forward. I can see Joshua getting some dodgy scorecards in the future which would be a shame. It would have been a tragedy if Wlad got robbed on saturday night.

Which is a good reason why you can forget about Fury beating him. Any close decision is going for Joshua and you can take that to the bank.

I think it was more debatable than you, I had Wlad up two but a few rounds could have gone either way, but that's a good point nonetheless.

Even if Fury was robbed though, it would just make a rematch necessary and the outcry would be Lewis Holyfield enough that the judges would go in the other direction the next time around.

5 through 10 you're spot on, and those rounds are clear. The first 4, or at least 1,2,4, could have easily been scored for either fighter. One and Two in particular should have been scored for opposite fighters, they were mirror images of each other. AJ landed a big hurtful power punch in one, but Wlad outlanded him with jabs. Wlad landed the hurtful power punch in two, while AJ outlanded him with jabs. I gave AJ one and Wlad two.

Seen a few people had Round 5 as 10-9 Joshua even with the knockdown, not got too much experience with that, only one i can think of is Cotto/Pacquaio, anyone else give it 10-9?

I didn't score the fight but remember thinking the round Wlad first went down then rallied back shouldn't have been scored a 10-8 round, I felt the manner in which Wladimir came back after the KD and brought it to Joshua meant it should have been scored as a single point round for AJ rather than the customary 2 point after a KD.

Beat me to it but yes, this is how I viewed it. Klitschko responded magnificently to being dropped, confirmed warrior.

The first few rounds were close so that's where a lot of the differences come in I think.

I had Wlad up, But mainly cos those opening rounds he had Joshua boxing on back foot and controlled the pace from the centre - the fight was going the way he wanted and not how Joshua wanted. But then Joshua had the combinations etc so it gets very hard to score!

Wladimir was winning by two rounds. I think this is going to put some people off coming to the UK, but if they want the money, they need to come to the UK.

The Joshua by 3 scorecard was rot. Also amazing how two of the three judges did not recognize that Round 5 should be 10-9 not 10-8.

Most of the media had Klitschko up by 1 or two after the tenth. Even is fine too, and at a stretch I can accept Joshua by 2 if you flip a close round.

But Joshua by 3? Something's wrong there.

Hearn is so powerful that the some of the judges can't help being biased towards his fighters these days.

I would have, if the earlier rounds hadn't been so close. I will go more conservative in scoring for close fights. That's unpopular among some posters, but I think it's appropriate to avoid robberies.

Specifically, I split the first four rounds between the two, while they could have been scored all one way or all the other. So, I went with the traditional 10/8 scoring in the kd round.
