The fighters who have beat wladmir, get stuck in. They may get ko'd but you must go for it. Wladmir hates pressure.

The guy has a bum shoulder and has been out for like 2 years. Is Wlad 'supposed' to KO everyone? It is a testament to how good he has been when a guy wins 2 or 3 rounds and people are saying you are 'finished' or 'shot' etc. If Wlad looks the same against Fury I will be the first to admit he is going on the decline. He is 39 after all. How many Heavyweight were still competing like this at 39? Not many.

 

Hey im not one to say wladmir isnt a legend. he is an ATG. Top 10 hw.
But Fury is severly underated and will beat this old Wlad by wide UD.

 

I and many others on here happen to think Fury is severely overrated. He doesn't have the 2 things needed to trouble Wlad which are Power and a Chin. If he had one or both of those I would agree that he could beat Wlad. His best win is Chisora who was awful or Cunningham who is really a Cruiserweight and has zero KO's at Heavyweight. Matter of fact Fury hasn't fought one legitimate puncher in his whole career. :rofl

 

And wladmir isnt packing glass? Fury has been dropped, got up with solid legs underneath him and went on to win his fights.
Ultra Cautious Waldo is not a counter puncher, and he doesnt follow up peoples mistakes, he had hundreds of chances to counter and basically kill jennings as he bored in recklessly trying to land.

Watch the fight, wlad was very limited, he didnt punish anything. he was lucky enough he got jennings respect and got him running, Fury wont show him that same respect.
Fury wont be manhandled because his a stronger bigger man. You'll notice it. this isnt a knock on wladmir, he is immensly strong. But he is 39 now. youth will decide it, dont be suprised if wladmir is the one dropping to his knees or getting pushed onto the ropes.

Wlad wont lose by decision. If he will lose then it will be a KO. Imagine what happens if Wlad has really to open up because he is behind on the scorecards. He would go after fury in the last rounds and would KO him brutally

 

It was an 18 foot ring. The smallest in professional boxing. Jennings was right there in front of him.

 

I think Fury will deplete Wladmirs stamina. 260lb pressing down on your back and legs, body shots when in close. I will like to see the actual weigh in and size difference, i wouldnt be suprised if Fury dwarfes wlad, not so much in height but general size. But i understand Wach was also bigger than wlad, however wach is a very poor fighter.

Its quite amazing that wladmir although he has mastered the basics and generally one of the hardest ever to outboc, never fought a complete fighter who was bigger than him.

 

He's past his prime.. But that doesn't mean he still isn't a very good heavyweight.
