this was the 1st big boxing show ive been to and the atmosphere was brilliant.i was like a heroin addict when MAB came out,all jittery and clamy.it was great to see a legend live even given the circumstances.i was surrounded by mab fans, real boxing fans at that. i was surprised at the amount of people who only came for the enzo, cook and khan fights,if im paying good money for it i want as much as i can get, they missed some good action. i was really impressed by matthew hall,i thought he'd lose and he just came out and totally destroyed pryce, the best performance of the night imo.i wasnt impressed by hall's fans though, chanting "who are ya" to a guy who's sprawled out on the canvas is pretty low class,i wouldnt even do that if khan got lit up,its one thing cheering your fighter and celebrating his win,its another thing jeering someone that just got ****ed up,im sure most of these "boxing fans" have never fought before.you can get hurt in there. i was also impressed by a guy named craig lyon i think it was,he fought what looked like a bad naz impersonator minus the power, speed, charisma, reflexed. i enjoyed degale being announced to the fans only to get the most boos out of anyone that night, the dude is truly hated. what the **** was on nicky cooks face when he slipped,it looked like a big sticker or something.funny stuff.shame to see him lose though. the fighter that made me a fan,ola afolabi.he was very entertaining to me,like a really poor mans whitaker,i enjoyed his showboating even when he was getting a beating, then to come back with a 1 shot ko. how annoying was khans arm raising?seriously, its bad enough when pac does it but to see khan copying it was ridiculous. it really is a totally different experience live,i cant wait to go to some more shows
