You got good upper body movement But when you finish your combination you square up and lift you chin and stand there for a second while you get ready for your next phase This is a bad habit and may pop up in sparring/fighting. Treat the bag as opponent do when in range chin down guard up. Also keep your left pinned to your chin when you jab you tend to drop it a lot. Someone good will notice this and come over with their straight and time your jab. Keep going bro
Ohhh Yes I know what you mean I need to start putting my chin down it's actually something I pay little mind to, and I see now about my left being dropped ok ok will put some time into that, its actually what I want to do now get rid of bad habits before they get worse, thanks bro!
