whats your guys opinion of the ab planking? I just started tonight. My wife suggested it. any thoughts on it?
Yea do 3 minutes of straight and during those 3 minutes put left arm up - right leg up and vice verse for 10 seconds each. Very good excercise
Good exercise, when you get more proficient at it I recommend you start adding weight instead of doing them for a really long time.
Can put strain on shoulders too, sometimes i do it with side planks and then finish with lifting legs 6inches at the end lying down.
