Thoughts on Berto moving down to 140 to fight Malignaggi

    Berto's legs are bulky enough that I could see him making 140. Guys with bulky legs usually have an easier time draining off extra weight - more water in their bodies.

    I think he would win a wide decision against Paulie. He looks like a strong Welterweight from what I can see.

    If Berto could make 140 I think he'd probably win a wide decision over Paulie, if not knock him out.
