So far i like what im seeing from Guerrero's camp, he looks strong, fresh and healthy for 147 and i think he'll look more explosive after having 2 back to back fights at the weight. His dad and team are doing a great job making sure Guerrero peaks at the right time. Even tho so many say hes slow, i disagree. His handspeed is deceptive, and he works more on timing and accuracy. Overall his training looks on point and running smoothly.

Im a bit concerned for Mayweathers camp. I like that his dad seems to be staying on top for Floyd, making sure Floyd doesnt wear himself out and overtrain since his body is older. On All Access u can see him telling Floyd to rest more and mentioned not needing to go 8 hours training on the body. Based off Floyd and Sr. saying "youll get there
" and "ill get better" leads me to believe his progression is a bit slower than usual. Like Floyd said theyre training smarter not harder. Oh and Roger has slowed way down. The mittwork isnt anywhere near how they used to do it.

So maybe Floyd isnt the same fighter he used to be, with cat-like reflexes, amazing speed and movement. But even tho Floyds using more combos, fighting at mid-range and going hand for hand in impressive fashion and is hands down still great in the pocket or fighting off the ropes. His reflexes all around, hand, head and leg movement have diminished. I already liked Guerreros chances stylistically vs Floyd, and now with the way things are going in training, Guerreros strong mentality and focus, and appearing unaffected by the pressure, media and Floyds antics, im a bit more comfortable with picking Guerrero to win this fight.

Any of you starting to having second guesses on this fight yet?

I like the pace both Mayweather and Guerrero is working at but I notice Mayweather is working on combinations more often. Expect Mayweather to put combinations together for this fight and use more lateral movement then his last fight.

Oh yeah i forgot to mention Floyds bruised eye. Sure it happens but come.on, it looked like he got cracked pretty clean and that was with headgear(w/o the bar i know). Thats not a good look.

It's boxing. Bruises happen. Gives him something to address - better have that happen in camp than in the fight.

Floyd looks good, but in certain moments, I've seen very small hints of him being more tired or less sharp than usual. He looks a tad slower on the mitts. This could all be me making **** up but usually I'm nothing but impressed with Floyd's sharpness. They have only shown like 5 minutes of training total on all access after all.

One thing that caught my attention was Sr. telling Floyd to slow down after his bag workout. On one hand, it's probably better for Floyd to avoid excessive work and preserve his aging body. On the other hand, nobody has ever said no to Floyd's OCD workout routine and it's been a winning formula so far. Again, could be a non-issue.

Guerrero looked a bit relaxed on the double end bag in the first episode but looks to have picked up the pace here. I like the movement he's showing and the speed with which he pivots as he shadowboxes. Intensity is key. He needs to be a bit more lively than usual.

Mayweather likes the same music as my little sister.

Don't get fooled by Mayweather's basketball game. He's a producer. The bonus clips Showtime ups on YT show he has probably not touched a ball in awhile. Hopefully the same isn't true for his boxing game.

He speed on the mitts is also determined by Roger's speed. Roger has definitely slowed down.

Floyd is going to go hard on Guerrero's body, and he was practicing triple right hands in today's training session.

Guerrero gets stopped but not as early as under 6. He has a good chin

You bring up valid points, however, as Mayweather always says "My opponents may hit the heavybag the same as me, hit the mitts the same, jumprope the same, but will they perform under the bright lights the same?"

I think Robert is a very good fighter, but well have to see if he as able to handle the all that comes with fighting on boxing's biggest stage.
