Thoughts on Ronnie Heffron?

Seen him a couple of times now. Too easy to hit and loads up alot rather than picking his shots, he said post fight he was holding back but the young kid made him work for that win. He needs to improve fast if he isnt to fall short domestically

 

The kid he was fighting was much better than i thought, but doubt this kid will go very far if im honest

Pace performed far better than expected. Ronnie doesn't really think about his shots, and he is hit far too cleanly, and far too often for my liking. For what it's worth, I prefer his brother

 

Must have thought hard to come up with that. Strikes me Ronnie is more Arnie than Ricky.

if he fights like that in his next fight he is going to get knocked out that johnson can bang his last three have been clean ko not no ref bull**** stoppages clean ko's and hes a southpaw heffron is guna struggle

 

Not all that, Bradley Skeet who he beat in the ABA finals is looking a better prospect. Ronnie gets hit too easily

For what it's worth I think Ronnie is good against southpaws I think he told me he prefers them an Chris Johnson won last ten with Ronnie

 

Whoever said he was the next Ricky Hatton, that's a insult to Ricky Hatton.

I don't even think he hits that hard ether!!

 

Other than getting hit too much and loading up on his punches I don't see a lot wrong with him.

Perhaps needs to go to the body a bit more and stand off when the opponent is shook up/hurt and he'd get them out of there more often.

Too many British kids fall into the trap of jumping all over the opponent and swinging for the fences, and the man either survives or suffers a bull**** stoppage.
