WOW! Seriously, these two men represent EXACTLY what the sport of boxing can be when its at its best. They simply want to fight the best and when they get in the ring they give all they have to give. I think Im spoiled from these three fights. How the hell can anyone watch Izzy Vs Rafa then sit through 12 rounds of Klitchko - Ibragimov??? These three fights are a good standard for others to strive for, not every fight can be as good but if you aint trying then you probably shouldnt be on TV. Spinks, Raheem, Malagnagi, Fraud, Wlad, Hops etc look like shuffleboard players in comparison to these warriors and should apologize to boxing fans for sucking.
I agree for the most part, but Rafa coulda ran from him, jab and run jab and run and probably won a decision much easier but he is a "fighter" at heart and "fighters" facing "fighters" make great fights. Imagine Raheem facing Spinks??? Two defense first runners. . . :dead These type of boring boxers should be kept off TV IMO. Props to Showtime for a great weekend for the sport . .. Guerrero-Litzau and Izzy-Rafa on consecutive nights was downright awesome.:good
