Like everything else Lewis did, his right hand was untidy looking but extremely effective. The two uppercuts look quite neat though, it's a shame we didn't get to see more of that, but he was huge, and tended to just lean on smaller men when he got inside. Again, untidy but effective.
The uppercuts were pretty good but that straight right had nothing on it he just leaned forward, didn't sit down on the shot.
The upper cut at 2:05 caught Vitali's attention, but at the 18 sec mark, Lewis threw a bodyshot, followed by a right, followed by a glancing left off Vitali's temple that caused Vtiali to hang on for dear life. Once Lewis knew he was hurt he was backing up trying to create space so he could finish him. Meanwhile all the clowns commenting on the fight were saying how tired Lewis was and never even mentioned the 3 punch combo that resulted in Vitali drapping himself all over Lennox. Disgraceful commentary.
:good Yeah that commentary still irks the **** out of me to this day. They kept saying how Lewis could barely stand up. Yet, it was only due to the fact that he was trying to back up and give Vitali room to fall flat on his face. I really can't see how anyone can dispute it. I mean, it's plain as day. Open your eyes! :fire
Well this is the part I find strange because it's there to see with your own eyes. That said, the commentary about how tired Lewis was while this was taking place didn't help, especially for those who have an agenda.
Oh yeah. Vitali was dragging on to survive against Lewis in that 6th round. All his activity stopped after that uppercut and he was just draping on Lewis, falling all over Lewis with no real good legs on him. It's obvious to anyone.
I like the Klitschko's a lot...they just win..with that said, Vitali can and never will be able to beat Lewis...Lewis dominated that fight. I had it 4-2 and Lewis looked like he was coming on strong before the TKO stoppage that was very legit...DAMN, WHAT IS UP WIT YO CUT THOUGH!
