Just got an Oculus Quest 2, first game i bought was Thrill of the Fight

Obviously it's not going to be a truly accurate boxing simulation, but it has a lot going for it

For those here who have tried it, just after some tips on real world boxing skills you can adapt for the game

Initial thoughts for me are the game doesn't detect infighting at all. If you punch too fast, also doesn't register.

circular punches (hooks and uppercuts) don't register anywhere near as well as straight punches

defensively, having your hands up seems to be most important thing. I did a heap of head movement, have no idea if that helped defensively but i fear not

Great game done by one developer. Imagine if he had a team and a group of real boxers to work extensively with, Thrill of the Fight 2 and 3 could be amazing
