Guys, this fight between Floyd and Manny, if made, will be a global phenomenon...Floyd should be willing to fight in a foreign country for this.

This fight deserves the billing of "Thrilla of Manilla II"

It would be huge and could possibly be a network television event if it were held in manilla or possibly a world class stadium.

i really wish boxing would give up the idea of making Las Vegas the new Mecca of Boxing. What do you guys think?

Wont happen, Floyd wont fight anywhere else unless he has the hometown advantage.

Mayweather wouldn't do it, and most likely neither would the promoters.

I think any promoter would love the idea of filling a stadium and bringing a fight of this magnitude to truly a worldwide stage.

May and Pac should make this happen.

Nah, the promoters care about getting a massive site fee. Arum's been talking bull**** for awhile about filling up a stadium and some fans just eat that **** up.

The Staples Center put up like $20 million. The MGM Grand will probably get it, they usually do, they'll pay a crazy amount to host the fight.

it was actually bob arum who said no to the arneta arena in the philippines when asked, so get ur facts straight. besides holding the fight in a foreign country would kill ppv numbers, ticket sales, and fight revenue. im sure manny would also turn down the fight if it was held anywhere except the u.s. because of the payday.

    Trilla in Manila?

If Pac is the Manila, Floyd cannot be the Trilla!

    Not gonna happen.
