    A thread that won't probably attract too much attention but a big "well done"
    to Kashif Mumtaz for his win in NZ last night.

    Was there when he fought Josh Clenshaw a couple of years ago and the bloke has since proved to be a promoters warrior.

    Will never win a world title but turns up and put it all on the line whenever
    he fights.

    Aus boxing is all the better for blokes like him.

    Wow, on paper it was a very evenly matched fight, and it ended up being a split decision. would love to see it, well done.

    he actually fought twice last night. it was a 4 man tourny and went on to fight and lose a UD4 against areta gilbert. the gilbert v mumtaz final isnt on boxrec yet as john shep has to put it up.
