Surely Hooper has more faith in himself than to fight Mumtaz! There are much better fights out there for the man who claims he is going to shake the Light Heavy division up.

Its his second pro fight and only fought a couple of weeks ago. I can afford him a couple of leave passes whilst he gets used to not wearing the head gear....a couple only though.

The card is worth every bit of 95 cents. Possibly the reason FOX was no longer interested

There are a couple of handy Ghanaians going around on the world scene.

    Unfortunately these two ain't them.

    John Napari ranked 476
    Philip Kotey ranked 363

This is a real stinker of a card.

Only a ****** would support this card. Most likely the reason why a ****** posted it in the first place.

maybe only a ****** would would say that about supporting aussie boxing huh?

everyone keeps saying alex is ****, so supporting an aussie who wants to punish his opponent is bad is it?

a few good other aussies on the card too.

there r plenty of worse fighters to watch.

Moron, listen up,... if people support garbage cards like this then how do you expect to see promoters pull head from ass and put on decent quality cards?

Have you even see the guys record that Alex is fighting? its a god dam joke, everyone of his fights has pretty much been a missmatch, he is fighting a guy with a padded record whom he will bash stupid and you call it entertainment? its nothing more than a one sided fight, just because the card is in Australia does not mean one should support it. Nek Minut you will say that anything Australian should be supported.

Look at the opponents of the guy this bum has fought. The only way to make promoters take not and stop this garbage is by voting with your wallet and NOT supporting such a rubish card like this.

 7 debutants a heap that have never won a fight and 2 that have won 4 but have lost 8 and 9. 18 opponents whose combined record is 8 wins 42 losses. Jesus wept.:patsch

Disappointing to look at the level of competition that Lepai and Fletcher are facing. Fletcher's had a taste of the level he needs to be at if he and his team want him to be serious world title contenders, and this sort of competition isn't going to get him there.
This seems to be a recurring theme with fighters that Steve Dellar looks after, Gary Wills fought bums and ended up killing a bloke and Mundraby got hurt when he stepped up in Japan.

Fair enough if that's the case, but I couldn't imagine it's that cheap to fly an opponent out from Africa. For that money he could surely spend sometime in the UK or USA, training/sparring with quality heavyweights and even lining up a fight or two.
