Khan, with all his talent and skills, WILL get clocked at some point; it's a certainty. We know for a fact he has a bad chin (so bad that even if it's improved it'll still be ... bad) and that Maidana punches very, VERY hard.

That's what levels the playing field here; Khan can but on an all but perfect performance but all it takes is one minor lapse and Maidana can end it. Or at least drop Khan, bag the round 10-8, and make Khan shell up all gunshy for the next 4 rounds.

Also, Khan will be keeping them gloves high all night, while Maidana loves going to the body. How's that gonna play out?

Good Points.

Still, I think that there is a large discrepancy in technical ability in Khan's favor, not to mention the hand speed. I dont know how deep Maidana is gonna be able to go if Khan blazes him for the first 4 or 5 rounds. But ya, Maidana can end it in a second.

Really sad to see people keep mentioning Mayweather-Gatti as if it's the original completely forgetting about Chavez Taylor. What the hell.

As others have said before, Khan will make it look relatively easy unless he gets touched with a decent shot.
