Smh This guy has checked out of the game, he is clearly happy with things outside of the ring and has lost the desire. I don’t mind, if he’s happy good but come off that WBA belt so the active fighters can have a crack at it.
He could have been a star. But fighting once a year for the last few years... people just stopped caring.
To be honesti think his ship has sailed, I think that we will see him in the ring again, maybe once or twice more, he' obviously got a good life out of it, must be happy with his earnings so good look to him. But it' been over 12 months now with a title that he's not fought.
I'm not going to upset over this. Injuries aren't something one should rush to heal. The physical demands can exacerbate an injury to something much worse. It sucks, yeah, but it is what it is.
why does Thurman get so much hate for the injuries?? I mean the man is injured! If anything fans should feel bad for him as his career is nosediving as we speak
The thing is I don’t believe this guy is injured, I personally believe he is happy with his marriage, made some good paydays and is no longer motivated to fight. He even said Spence is hungrier than him. The moment I heard that I knew he wasn’t the same one time who was chasing Maidana, Guerrero around
