The thing with Keith is he is unusual in that his handlers actually
moved him up correctly. He has fought pretty much every type
of style so he's very well vetted. They haven't avoided any one type
of fighter, (hasn't fought a real speedster yet, but there aren't very many).
Nothing that Danny does is going to be something Keith hasn't already
seen in the ring and from larger guys. Danny is a good counter puncher,
but Keith is a better mover and pot shotter, and Danny's worst fights
were against boxers, he looks decent against stand and trade guys.

    Keith wins this going away

Spot-on take. Easy money to be made on Thurman.

Garcia formulated the Khan blueprint, don't even try and win the first few rounds; use those precious minutes to get used to his speed and rhythm and then wait for the moment the concentration slips and the chin is left exposed. Canelo did the same and so will Brook if they ever meet.

What this shows is, Garcia has a good ring IQ and works well under pressure, two factors which count in his favour when he climbs into the ring with Thurman, whose boxing skill have never impressed me and his power seems less impactful of late. I take Danny to win on points in a tight fight.

Odd I can get in the UK. My online bookmaker (I'm putting his children through university) has it like this.

    Garcia 2/1
    Thurman 2/5

I haven't looked at the method of victory betting yet, like TKO, Decison, Under or Over but I find those odds surprising.

I thought the odds would have been a lot closer.

I do think Jack has proven it more in their respectivs division but definitely they are guys who always find a way to make things close when people expect them to lose. Garcia level of opposition has dropped severely over the last few years with only Peterson being a good name since his fight with matthyse. I know he fought a washed up Judah, struggled against Herrera.
