I think Thurman will win by KO, using Porter's momentum against him. Porter doesn't bring anything tricky to the table, just smothering pressure behind a stutter-step jab, and all Thurman has to do is land well placed power-punches as he comes in as he has for all of his fights. Even if Porter has his way and has success closing the distance, forcing Thurman to fight, Thurman can definitely out-fight him punch for punch at close quarters, and Porter doesn't seem great at getting his offense going without also getting hit on the inside. Porter will have to improve greatly to beat Thurman, whereas Thurman just has to be himself.

Porter by hard fought UD, he steals enough rounds after hurting Thurman and putting him into runtime

From the looks of it, Peeps tend to think that SP'S pressure will break Keith eventually. I'm leaning the other way and thinking that pressure will get him countered and K/TKO'D early. We shall see. Can't wait for this

Pick em fight , sumthing to think about will one struggle to make weight ? I think these guys willl be at 154 sooner then later.

But whos ever night it is will win. Thurmans chin is suspect as well. Karass and collazo.
Porter has a better resume more big fight expirence broner and brook .

    Thurmans biggest fight maybe guerrerro

Porter too strong, too good a chin, deceptively fast, closes the distance too well, hits just hard enough to make this a very uncomfortable match for Thurman, Porter by KO7. Also he ran right into Brook's power shots and only got legit stunned once, Thurman in all likelihood doesn't hit as hard as Brook.

As far as the Porter's pressure will get him KO'd early, it didn't get Collazo or Guerrero KO'd early did it?

Thurman i is becoming one of the more hated on fighters on this forum. This guy has the talent and skills to beat ANYONE at ww and that includes Spence. The guy has power, speed, skills, good defense, stamina, decent chin and showed in the Collazo fight that hes tough and can dig deep when he has to. If he can be a boxer puncher instead of being too much boxer he can really reach his enormous potential.

I usually pick the more versatile fighter which imo is thurman.

But thurmans chin concerns , maybe i shouldnt be.

Porter needs thurman to think to much and kinda get thurman stuck in the middle not knowing wen to committ to boxing or sluggin it out n wen not fully committed cuz you thinking too much he can get caught in the moment .

Porter either outworks him(more likely) or hurts him to the body and knocks him out(less likely). Thurmans been going backwards recently in a lot of fights and his inside game needs work, both things that are bad for someone facing Porter.

Porter by late stoppage I hope. Or porter by points. Either way I'm happy
