Thurman is the A side Spence needs to build his profile when did he last fight?

    Spence is a free agent...no help from a promotional company to provide direction to assist him in securing fights. It's a catch 22. When he does fight, he keeps most of the money vs having to pay a promoters fee....but without the aide of a big promoter helping to guide his career...he runs the chance of missing out on big fights or not fighting frequently enough to build his brand. He really should have taken the Cotto fight. That would have been the kind of high profile fight that would have forced Thurman to consider a 2018 showdown with him...of course, he would have had to get pass Miguel with a win or an epic performance if he ended up losing. But Keith can drag his feet as Spence really has no bargaining chips to entice Thurman to make the fight sooner rather than later

    Yeah, there is a reason why those boogiemen became cherry picks, because Mayweather waited until they were shot and posed no real threat.

    Thurman is one of the most skilled fighters in the sport, and easily the most talented fighter at WW, until Crawford makes his debut that is. Thurman is Cotto level you say? And that's a bad thing? For someone to be Cotto level is quite impressive if you ask me, since he's one of the best LWW/WW's of the modern era. Thurman has a stiff jab that he can utilize beautifully, he doesn't use it enough though. As far as Guerrero goes, the only reason he got that moral victor is because Thurman was growing another small head from the headclash, and eventually it started bothering him.

    I've liked Thurman far longer than I've disliked Spence. And I don't hate Spence, I hate the hypocritical nature of his fans, he's an easy to hit decent come forward hunter killer type, nothing more nothing less, yet people act like he's as skilled as ****ing Rigondeaux.

    Yet thos fights set records although they were cherry picks. I’ve seen nobody act like Spence is skilled as Rigondeax. You’re a basic bullshitter that doesn’t even put effort into it. Pleas bump a thread or show an example of this. I’ll wait.

    Btw, Thurman’s skill set and IQ isn’t much. He’s had close affairs with journeymen and I can’t even remember that last time I’ve seen him in a spectacular performance. He’s a little above average at best.

    Thurman is not the A side of anything other than his own imagination. Spence knocking out Kell Brook in the U.K. to win the IBF world title surpasses anything that Thurman has done. We understand he is terrified of Spence! Man up ponytail. Get in with Spence or Terence Crawford and you will be man down.
