    Sparring is sparring

    It's a learning process

Kieth does a good job at boxing then starts to lose his composure after 10mins.

It's when he evades and acts like a slickster where Porter needs to jump on him because Thurman IS NEVER ready to counter when he does that shiz.

Difference between top level footwork and decent footwork. No efficiency from Thurman defensively and no efficiency from Porter offensively - Thurman never works on the inside this is all Porters territory.

The best chance for Shawn in this fight is to push up the pace and put it on Kieth however Kieth will just shut this down with clinching...

It could be a stinker. Both not using their feet effectively enough and rounds being won on only a matter of 1 or 2 punches.

    My prediction on this sparring:

    12 round fight
All Thurman early on (winning by 1,2 punches)

Ugly middle part of the fight - Porter winning the rounds he pushes although many clinches engaged

Thurman winning the rounds in which Porter takes breaks/trys to box on the back foot

By around round 8-9 Thurman will be up a few rounds then Kieth will fade and Porter will take 1-2 consecutive rounds at the end from activity. Thurman will take 1 clear round during this end stage.

Will end in a close fight with Thurman winning by 1 or 2 rounds or Porter by 1 round OR A DRAW. depending on who's work you prefer. It will be competitive...if not then huge props to the man who wins.

I'm going to go with 115-113 THURMAN

rooting for Porter to put it on him...lots of knockdown potential in this fight

Porter was starting to land with increasing frequency as the session continued, Thurman looked good at the beginning but Porter closed well, Porter will beat One Time by KO, too much pressure, too good a chin, Thurman too mentally and physically fragile.

And that annoying jerkoff in the background with his running propagandistic commentary needs a swift kick in the nuts.

Seems like thurman was picking his shots, didn't seem like he was in any pressure. Either way, porter i think is more refined now so it will be a good fight.

I think Thurman has more to his game and Porter is very one dimensional but the one dimension is very hard to cope with

kind of getting the idea Thurman moves all night and holds a lot to win an ugly decision
