I have noticed a bit of a trend lately a lot of the arena shows start from the same price (ie £30-40) but when you actually look at the map these cheaper areas are a lot smaller (and ie worse view) than they used to be. Obviosuly this then has the same knock on effect throughout the price ranges.

For instance for Haye v Ruiz i brought the cheapest tickets (£25) which where the corners of the uppper tier but right to the bottom of the upper tier so if you got in early as i did you could get Row A as i did so it wasnt so bad)

for Haye v Charr the cheapest tickets (which are already £15 more expensive) are from half way up the upper tier back

Hearn is the king of this, look at Froch Kessler it said ticketys start at £40 the £40s were literally two blocks,

    I agree scandalous,

But this all depends on whether or not you like the guy, I have paid these type of prices for Ricky and Calzaghe in the past people may think I'm stupid but I liked both enough to do that.

Haye ....................... I dont like him that much to pay to go and see him at these prices, but I will probably pay for it at home. Will Haye be shown on Sky PPV? or normal Sky Sports?

The prices were in place before Matchroom got on board so can't blame them

Looking at the seating plan, it's about half full so far. I've got the £60 tickets in the upper tier. I think price vs thompson 1 was £70 in lower tier.

Undercard is top quality so far to be fair.
    Rees v Crolla
    Rose v TBA
    Selby v TBa
    Frampton v TBA

And Darren Barker v Andy Lee if the Geale fight can't be made. Possibly Kev Mitchell as well.

Prices were all announced before any matchroom involvement but matchroom are the best possible scenario for this card. Prices would of been the same anyway but no undercard at all otherwise like Normal Haye fights

And for what it's worth I paid £75 for Chisora fight and £75 for this one and the Charr seats are miles better

The Froch Kessler prices are so high compared to all the other Froch fights.

Its not just matchroom, all the prices seem to be going up, the Ricky Hatton comeback was pricey too.

Ridiculous prices. Undercard would have to be amazing to consider £500 at ringside.

    Haye is an out-an-out conman.

His resume at HW is completely ****!

    Barrett
    Valuev
    Ruiz
    Audley (LOL)
Wlad (the only good fight/name/opponent in his HW run)
    Chisora
    Charr

    Hilarious!!!

Why hasn't he faced Arreola? Povetkin? At least they'd challenge him!

Haye reminds me of a blown up Mayweather (although not as good). Massive breaks, come back a year or two down the line, fight some scrub and get a big pay packet.

    **** him.

Same thing, I was going to get tickets but they're way too overpriced!

On another note tickets for the Price Thompson rematch are £100 for ringside tickets! Shame its too far for me to go but the price is reasonable if you can get there.. Anyone going?
