Ticket sales - Green v Tarver

7,000 in attendance is a pathetic turnout in a city of 4 million when he had Tarver come out. How many of those 7,000 got complementary tickets aswell.

 

7000 is not to bad when you think about it...whats a sell out for boxing at Ent Cent about 8K? I think you can get more in for other events but the layout for boxing I'm pretty sure gets around that.

Some of those PPV sales will be for Clubs...what they pay these days? $500?$1000?

Kegs I'm looking at you.

 

I think pubs and clubs buy them at something like $750, or there abouts.
Not sure though, better get the K to confirm.

stewy u forgot to mention the clubs that pay around 800 bucks for the fight and sponsorship and then goverment handouts...i say gross he made around 4.5 million,hell take home $1 million easy....heh ty u jelous man.

 

IM not jellouse, your boy Danny isnt even sure he has made a profit, ive quoted sourced from articles etc, i havent just made this up from thin air, i also knew sales were not going to well but this was mostly from the massive advert campain by mainevent a few days before the show. It was on almost every boxing site you can imagine and they only do this if they are lacking in PPV numbers. As a Service Tech and website master i know the costs involved to advertise a banner, especially on sites like ESB , it is not a cheap task, Do you understand this?

Compare the PPV buys to RJJ yet? or you would like me to do all the work for you? lol

BJ Flores fight stunk its why he had to bring out Tarver and step it up but people didnt trust him nore did alot of Pubs and CLubs, last fight they didnt recoup the money it cost them to put on the fight because he stoped RJJ so soon. It was also TOP price, meaning clubs and pubs would have been paying top dollar to put it on, SS&A Club usually has all his fights and Mundines but this time only one venue.

My anology is based on what i see, hear and am told. Yours is based unsubstantiated dribble. If you think Clubs pay 800$ you need to speak to someone that knows a bit about boxing and what it costs for CLubs and pubs to buy a PPV event. Clearly your miss informed, $800 hahaha if it was that cheap sunshine every pub and club would have been showing it.

And no i wont tell you how much they pay, your lack of knowledge anoys me because you make out you know alot when really you know very fckn little.

Honestly no, i got into boxing late tbh, started at the age of 16 and Tyson was my introduction to boxing, watched him on Free to Air TV back when they used to show fights for free, im from that era m8, not as young as you blokes lol
