A busy, skilled boxer. Weak chin. Southpaw when that was rarer. Tough and strong. Supposedly very religious. If you couldn't whack you couldn't beat him.

Tiger Flowers had two things going for him in his day. A southpaw fighter
who threw volleys of punches from various angles.
And at the same time, his southpaw stance was also unorthodox making his style difficult for his opponents who rarely faced a left handed opponent.
His biggest flaw was his not too sturdy chin and he was ko'd by a Sam Langford, and also holds the distinction of being ko'd twice in one bout when
the terrific [when sober] Jack Delaney flattened Flowers twice in one bout in 1925. Flowers was also ko'd by Kid Norfolk and dropped twice by the tough Mickey Walker, losing a close decision...If you couldn't knock Flowers out you rarely beat him. A great MW and decent man was the "Georgia Deacon "
    Tiger Flowers...

    Yes.

When he lost, it was either by knockout, or controversial!

From what I've read he sounds similar to Pacquiau. With his somewhat average chin, unique angles and being a speedy southpaw
