Tiger. Briscoe would bring it, and had excellent defense, but coming forward at Tiger is a bad proposition. Was there a stronger Middleweight?

Richard Ihetu, he is just better in every department. Not many could," out Briscoe," Benny ,but Tiger is one of them that could!

Baaaaad Bennnie . Crush that body. I still believe prime Briscoe from late 60s early 70s beats Hagler. Would pay high doller for film of his war with Gutierrez. I like Bennie to win in a brutish fight. Bennie loved those.

Both fighters in their respective primes would be a terrific fight. Tiger was a very good pressure fighter, who could hit very hard to the body. Bad Bennie Briscoe was also very talented, and had a good defense, he could punch in combination. He fought a 10 round draw against future World Middleweight Champion Carlos Monzon, on May 6 1967, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He then was defeated by Carlos in a return bout for the World Middleweight Championship, on Nov 11 1972, by a unanimous 15 round decision in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He lost in a bid for the vacant WBC World Middleweight Championship, being knocked out by Rodrigo Valdes, in round 7, in Monte Carlo, on May 25 1974. Both fighters will hurt one another, Briscoe pulls this one out by a tight majority decision, by virtue of hard punches to the head and body. Tiger, at times during the bout will be terribly exhausted and is warned by the referee for excessive clinching.

Bad Bennie hung tough in lots of fights, he just did not get his arm raised at the end of them. Tiger would be another guy to get the W and Briscoe just hangs tough.

Great matchup! I have a prime Dick Tiger winning this one by ud. This one would be an absolute war by two of the roughest and toughest middleweights ever.

A GREAT battle between two Sherman tanks....Tiger edges this one, but it goes the limit with 0 kds...it would take a couple of howitzers,...or maybe one really well placed Rodrigo Valdez right hand....to stop either man.

Tiger wins an extremely close fight in what probably would be FOTY (in the imaginary timeline it happens in).

    Brilliant match up.

    Granite vs Iron.

I'll go with Tiger in a close war but Bennie won't lose a single fan in this either.
