    Yes, No joking.

IF, Margarito is at least half of what he was before Mosley mutilation he is going to be the biggest, relentles, merciless and the toughest guy Pac has faced so far.

Pac is facing guy who was beaten up from guy Pac had to duck because Mosley was Too Big risk.

Margarito took Hell of a Bombs from Mosley which Pac can only dream of he could Throw. Pac can stop Mosley only by cuts and to win on points I wonder can he keep Margarito off him.:think I dont know Pac in my eyes jut isnt very good boxer, sorry. Would be Crazy to see Margo out boxing little manny:lol::D

Im not Margarito Fan at all, but this is just how I see it.

I give Huge Credit for Pac if he fairly Beats Margarito just like I gave huge Credit for Floyd when he destroyed Mosley.

Remember When Margarito took Cotto. Margarito ****ing mutilated Cotto. Margarito was out boxed first few rounds but he was coming like Bull after Cotto all the time after first bell. He was God damn jogging after Cotto. Margarito never went backwards unlike Manny.

Pac better learnt to Box going backwards or Margarito gonna Swing **** out of little Manny.:deal

straight left, double jab, turning right hook, darting in-out movement then escaping laterally with foot fakes all night long

Yeah, as evident by Margo's horrible defense, losses to south paws, horrible foot work and feet planted arm punching.

Yeah.... this is a threat to manny pacquiao.

Just like he was a threat to Shane Mosley.... what was he 3-1?
Barely hit Mosley and got decapitated by Mosley from a left thrown from a south paw stance.

Oh, and this fight will probably be at a catchweight of 150.

A very risky fight for Pac.

At 147 it would be closer to Pac's comfort zone, and I'd be confident in a Pac victory. However up at 154 (an unknown territory for Pac), he'll be fighting at a weight where Margarito will be far more stronger and efficient. If the Margarito that fought Cotto turns up, Pacquiao will be in for loooooong night.

He doesn't have the power of Mosley to get his respect. He's also not got the physical size/strength of Mosley to wrestle and drain his energy. And he's not got the height and reach of Paul Williams to keep him at arms length.

I see Pacquiao conducting the same strategy against Oscar. Be on the move every minute of every round, keeping away from them ropes. Seeing as though Margarito won't be deterred by the shots he'll be on the end of, Pacquiao will need to maintain this efficiently throughout the whole 12 rounds. It'll take alot out of him, that's for sure.

IMO Margarito is stylistically made for Pacquiao...too slow of footspeed for Pac, who is just going to blind him with speed. Margarito is tough as **** but slow as rocks. He was being outsped by Mosley and he'll be outsped by pac.

The fight is an obvious fix. Look at what happens every time one Arum fighter faces another - the one who can make him more money in the long run wins. The other mysteriously takes his foot off the gas when winning, or doesn't punch at all (think Clottey vs Margarito, Cotto, and Pacquiao).

Only way Margarito wins is if Pacman wants to stick to politics and retire from boxing. No way Pacman loses if they want to patch together another big money fight after this.

Agree. Margo will present challenge bigger than Bradley, Alexander and Berto can provide.

Those fighters are good but they are still green in terms of experience. They still have to prove they deserve a fight with Manny besides their undefeated record. All of them beat no top caliber opponents, just b-level fighters.

Boxing is business as well. From a financial standpoint, the Margo fight is a surefire economic success. Margarito has a big fan base. Mexicans will back him up if not Latinos.
And why not? This is going to be a hell of a fight. It's going to be brutal with both fighters being offensive minded. I'm excited already.

Margo deserves the payday. The guy has the resume to prove it. Martinez, Cotto, Williams, Cintron, Clottey and Santos. He didn't win them all but he fought the toughest competition. Give me a break, Moseley cheated as well but the guy gets a pass.

Pacquiao's in and out footwork shold befuddle Margarito and his stamina is high too so he can throw alot every round. People bring up the Cotto/Margarito fight but I don't think Margarito was as durable now as he was then. Fighters like him who aren't know for defense and eat alot to give alot tend to get stopped and get their granite chins cracked.

The only reason Maragraito has any chance is if 154 is a weight too high for Pacquiao.

Shane Mosley said Cotto hits harder than Margarito. We all see that Cotto is faster than Margarito. Unlike Cotto who kept backpedalling when Pac hurt him, Margarito will keep coming forward with slower than David Diaz speed.

With no hard substances in the gloves, how can Margarito hurt Pac?

    Pac by KO.
